Harold Aristegui is a 40-year-old electronics geek and family man who works at the city’s security surveillance center. When his wife and daughter are assaulted and their vehicle is stolen, he decides to breach the surveillance cameras at his workplace in order to track down the criminal.

The trail leads him to an organization involving politicians, businessmen, and mobsters working together to promote the circulation of a controversial and highly addictive drug. As a result, Harold gradually becomes an anonymous vigilante, unscrupulous when it comes to enforcing what he considers justice.
