The Father-in-Law of My Boyfriend

Alonso, a 40-year-old widower and owner of a restaurant called El Bondi, is trying to rebuild his life amid uncertainty, while Bolivia faces a fuel crisis that affects his stability and daily routine. He wants to start over with María Florencia, an independent 27-year-old woman who is skeptical of marriage and even more reluctant to live with Gilberto, the stubborn father of Alonso’s late wife, who still lives in his home.
